E. Allen Reeves, Inc. is a full service Construction Manager and General Contractor founded in 1918 at our current location, in Abington, PA. The founder of the firm, E. Allen Reeves (Grandfather to our current President) had worked as a skilled craftsman and general superintendent for a previous company before starting our firm. Allen's son, Norman, was president of the firm from 1950 to 1985. Norman continued to work with the firm for another seven years until his retirement in 1992. Our current president, Robert N. Reeves, Jr., took over ownership and presidency of the firm in 1985 and continues to run the organization today.

E. Allen Reeves, Inc. focuses primarily on private institutional clients and facilities in Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Northern Maryland and Delaware.  Throughout our history, Reeves has earned a reputation for honesty and dependability in its relations with clients and design teams. Today, our reputation for quality and cooperation often precedes us as we look to establish new relationships.

We take great pride in the dedication and loyalty of our work force. Our estimators and project managers have been a part of Reeves an average of nineteen years and the on-site superintendents an average of thirteen years. Our management team takes part in continuing training, education and safety programs to improve their skills and problem solving abilities. Most have emerged from the firm’s own field force of carpenters and apprentices, which accounts for the firm’s consistency in management within the office and at the construction site.

Reeves, as a merit contractor, is a long standing member of the Associated Builders and Contractors with active participation at both the local and national levels. Over the past fifteen years our local Chapter of ABC has presented Reeves with thirty six "Excellence in Construction Awards" and Contractor of the Year in 2006, 2005, 2001, and 1993.
